If you are a proud pup owner, you know that your dog will never miss the opportunity to beg for food, especially if you are also eating. Science says they are always hungry because their ancestors had to store up as many calories as possible to survive back in the day when finding something to eat was really hard for dogs. Even though those times are long gone and our pups enjoy a delicious doggy diet, they still can’t help it when they see human specialties such as sandwiches.

In the hilarious clip below, a resourceful dog finds his owner’s sandwich and has the urge to devour the treat. However, he looks so guilty that his human quickly realizes who stole her sandwich, or better yet where the pooch hid the food.
