No, we’re serious, this is probably the best thing you’ll see today. A team of virtual reality game developers in Los Angeles have apparently come across a fantastic idea. They attached a simple VR (virtual reality) tracker to their office terrier Bandit and tweaked it so that it sends a signal to the VR feed of the adjacent person. The results are hilarious and fascinating at the same time.

Through the eyes of somebody standing nearby, it’s just a guy wearing funny-looking goggles and a little pooch running around. But through the VR goggles, it’s a whole different world – Bandit is transformed into a worm-like monster that’s wiggling its body around. When Bandit sits, the worm sits; when Bandits runs, the worm runs and so on.

This design opens up some interesting possibilities for the future of VR gaming, which is (hopefully) going to be available to everyone soon. Imagine taking your pet on a ride through Virtual Reality games, that would be a blast!
