Now that we got that out of the way, it looks like Johnny’s wife Amber was actually charged with illegaly brining their dogs to Australia.

Everybody assumed things were going to get ugly as soon as the country’s minister of agriculture ordered that the pooches leave the country or face death (?) and Heard could now face up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $75,000. Oh, and she also had false documents for the dogs, which is another year in prison and an additional $10,000.

The thing is, nobody thinks that the seriousness of the offense is that grave, but the problem arises when you remember that Australia has incredibly strict quarantine regulations to prevent diseases (like rabies) from spreading all across the country.

In the end, the whole case probably won’t be as disastrous as it seems; in case you don’t remember, officials gave the couple a 72-hour deadline to send Pistol and Boo back to the U.S -which they, of course did.
