In the heart-warming video below, we see an adorable golden retriever named Lily as she learns that her cancer test results came back negative. Although the chances were minimal (the vets even mentioned how they’ve never seen a similar case during their careers), Lily managed to overcome cancer!

And her reaction is absolutely adorable. She might not have understood all the medical terms, but she knows one thing - her owner is delighted, and so is she.
