In this video, our canine friend is tied to the railing and he is patiently waiting for his owner. Unfortunately, there is also a bird there and it is bent on making his life hell today. On a number of occasions throughout this video, the bird approaches from behind and pecks at his tail.

He jumps around and tries to catch it. However, his  movement is limited because he is tied to the railing and the bird evades him easily. The bird then approaches him again and pecks at his tail. He jumps around and of course can’t catch it.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

You just cannot help but cheer for the little guy even though he cannot win.
