Sophia’s humans started filming her when she was just two months old and finished when the darling pooch turned three. Once you watch this time-lapse, the video shows the entire process in reverse, shrinking the grown-up dog to the puppy she was at the beginning of the clip.

The footage was taken every week by owner Greg Coffin, a senior art director at Digitas, with help from his wife Amanda.

Mr. Coffin wrote on Facebook: ”This is a pet project we’ve been working on for three years, that’s finally completed. It’s been amazing to watch our little lady grow from a little burrito to the beautiful beast she is today.”
