2. They Do Not Trust Strangers

The Shar-Pei does not suffer strangers, human or animal. While it will be more aggressive with strange dogs, it may also attack cats or other animals that roam into their territory. A Shar-Pei puppy should be completely socialized with a variety of different people before it’s sold or adopted out.
