The hottie of The Vampire Diaries found a dog wandering around near set, took her home, named her Nietzche, and discovered she was pregnant. The lovely lady gave birth in October to eight little pups, all of which have since found new homes. He’s also the founder of the Ian Somerhalder Foundation, an organization that helps support and promote education of various areas, including animals and habitat.
