10. Questionable Tools are Used to Get Dogs to Comply

Many disagree with Cesar’s use of questionable and potentially harmful tools like shock and choke collars. These seem to be designed to hurt the dog into responding rather than successfully teaching the dog in a positive manner. Not to mention, in the wrong hands, these training tools can do a lot more harm than good.
